Phebe Ann Meader, daughter of George Meader (1805-1871) [0188] and Eunice Taber (1810-1906), was born March 29, 1843. In 1865 she was employed at the State House in Boston as a copyist. In 1872 she was a bookkeeper in a jewelry establishment in Attleboro, MA. She married William S. Liggett of Boston.
